I already have drawings, can I use those to work with you?

If you’ve already worked with a design engineer and are in ownership of drawings that comply with current building codes, send them our way for an estimate.

I don’t have drawings yet, just an idea. Can we work together?

We partner with accredited and licensed professionals who can take your idea or sketch and bring it to life. Ask about our partners, we’d be happy to work with you.

Will I have to pay anything up front?

Once you’ve completed the initial drawings and are in ownership of your design for construction, we’ll walk with you through our standard construction agreement with integrity in mind, explaining our payment schedule and pricing, tailored to your needs.

Do you finance?

We do not finance any projects and loans should be acquired through separate mortgage contracts and creditors.
